We are happy to offer an early check in or/and late check out if available.

Luggage storage can be used free of charge, also for being absent during excursions in the midth of your stay.

Children are very welcome. Cots will be provided upon request and availability free of charge. Pls inform us upfront your stay if you need one.
Booking

Payments accepted are :

• Cash, (EUR, USD, UKPound and Moroccan dirhams MAD)

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JBC) - surcharche of 3,5%

• Paypal (incl. Credit Cards, Debit) - NO SURCHARGE

• Remittance to an EUR Account - NO SURCHARGE

Minimum stay lenght can apply on various periods.

Tourist Tax is 2,50 EUR / pax / night

Spoken languages are: English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic.

Food and beverages consumptions are not included.
Cancellation Policy

depends on the booked rate. We have two options:

Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.

• Any cancellation after that time-limit will be charged 100% of booking amount.

• No shows will be charged 100% of total booking amount.
